The 29 rental houses in a former school building are characterised by their large windows and therefore have plenty of light. Another characteristic is the considerable height of the ceiling which makes the experience of space very pleasant. Due to the mezzanine floor above the bathroom of some of the studios, the height is partially interrupted which gives a playful effect and creates a beautiful sleeping space. A wooden staircase or ladder has been placed to reach this mezzanine floor. There are also a number of special features. These loft apartments each have their own unique style and features, from wooden trusses in the roof, extra utility rooms located in special spaces and their unique Velux windows that convert to a kind of balcony.
The 6 studios in the new building above the kindergarten are all highly insulated, have full-height tilt and turn windows and are fitted with a wooden room divider so you have a studio with sleeping space where you also have storage space. These apartments are accessible from the old building through a glass footbridge.
